August 5 Registration for the certificate classes with New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary begins

August 5 Associational Churches prayer walk at Clinton Elementary and Middle

August 7 Day of Prayer and Fasting for The Southern Baptist Convention

August 7 Knox Haven Counseling certification introduction at West Park Baptist Church in Knoxville. We already have two people from our association that will go through this year long training that will result in becoming a certified biblical counselor. We need more!

August 10 Collegiate Day of Prayer. If you would like to have a Baptist Collegiate Ministry representative at your church that day reach out to Rodney Norville at rnorvell@tnbaptist.org.

August 8-16 Mission trip to Tok, Alaska

August 16-17 Tennessee Basketball weekend at Main Street Baptist and Second Baptist with Jimmy Dykes and Rick Barnes.

August 24 Global World Hunger Day

September is Tennessee Golden Offering Our association receives 15% of what our churches give to Golden offering back for local projects

September 20 Men’s event at Riverview Baptist Church with Aaron Small and Dr Hollie Miller

September 18 CBA Bivocational Pastor’s Banquet

October 21 Clinton Baptist Association annual meeting at Second Baptist Church. 6 PM meal, 7 PM Meeting
